The app was designed to be easy, fast, and intuitive – and it became that. With a native design, direct access to tickets, and intelligent use of animations, the user experience became both seamless and secure. Behind the simple exterior lies a flexible and future-proof technological architecture: Azure Cloud, Agillic automation, and microservices that handle everything from ticket redemption to customer service.

Technology and design went hand in hand, so the product both supported the campaign and elevated the entire Metro's digital maturity.
