Forte Advice has hired Karoline Lotz Jonassen to head Business Design in the agency. A new department at Forte Advice, according to a press release from the agency.

Karoline Lotz Jonassen joins from Impact Commerce, where she was the agency's youngest partner. A role that also earned her a spot on Berlingske's top 100 list of the country's greatest talents last year.

“Karoline is an extremely strong advisor in the strategic and commercial field between business, users, and technology. With her, we get a profile who can work both methodically and strategically while ensuring that our digital solutions create real business value for clients. Business Design is not new to us, but with Karoline, the area gets an even clearer imprint and direction,” says Rikke Frelle, Experience Director at Forte Advice.

At Impact Commerce, Karoline Lotz Jonassen's responsibilities included Imerco, Salling Group, and B&O.

“There is a lot of noise in the consulting industry, where good ideas end up as slides. What attracted me to Forte Advice is the ability and willingness to take responsibility all the way – from strategy to concrete solution. And not least, a very strong value-match, both in leadership and culture,” Karoline Lotz Jonassen states about the job change.
